Sam and his fellow residents at Nigel House can’t help but feel a surge of anticipation and excitement. Each day, they gather to watch the transformation of the new Nigel House into their forever Home, sharing stories about what life will be like once they move in. Sam, with a twinkle in his eye, envisions a new Home suitable for everyone who calls Nigel House home.
As the excitement grows among Sam and others who live at Nigel House, construction on the new Home progresses steadily, transforming their dreams into reality. Each day there are between 70 to 96 dedicated workers on site to ensure continuous – and impressive – progress. Currently, significant work is being completed across multiple floors, showcasing the project’s incredible scope.
From the parking level up to the third floor, plumbing rough-ins are underway, while electrical rough-ins are being installed from levels one through four. The second floor is bustling with mechanical and sprinkler rough-in work, and window installation is progressing across all levels. Interior walls are being framed on the third floor, and drywall pre-boarding and insulation work is taking place on the second floor. Additionally, steel columns are being installed on the fifth floor, and elevator installation is also ongoing.
