Broadmead Care is fortunate to celebrate so many generous community members who go above and beyond in helping us achieve our Purpose.
We couldn’t do it with out you, and that’s why we want to make it as easy as possible for you to make your fundraising ideas come to life through third-party fundraising!
What is third-party fundraising?
Third-party fundraisers are completed by individuals, groups or businesses who have a passion for supporting Broadmead Care. You develop the idea and we will work with you to bring the idea to life! Our team will create a web-page for your event, work with you on logistics, and help get the message out to our community. We will work together to ensure all the moving pieces come together easily.
How does it help?
Third-party fundraisers help provide much-needed funds to support the people who live in our care homes. Your creativity will bring new and exciting ways for people to get involved with Broadmead Care. You can choose what area of need you would like to donate to. Need some ideas? We value team work and collaborating with others to achieve our common objectives of exceptional care and services. Over the years, some remarkable individuals have championed fundraising initiatives that have raised vital funds for our care homes.
In 2019, Tracey pledged to run five marathons in five days to raise $5,000 for the seniors who live at Beckley Farm Lodge!
In 2020, we hosted an online holiday auction thanks to our good friend Daphne who donated her stunning collection of ornaments! Proceeds raised supported Nigel House.
In 2021, Joanne and Anna designed and created ‘fashion backpacks’ to sell to their friends and family! They donated the proceeds to Rest Haven Lodge!
