Kms4Care is returning this October.
Between October 1 and 31, you’re invited to join us by running 35 km, or swimming, walking, wheeling, or cycling its equivalent, and use your effort to raise funds in support of the veterans, seniors, and adults with disabilities who live in our Care Homes. Stay tuned for more details on registration, coming soon!
HOW IT WORKS
Sign up for $25 and receive multiple perks for being a part of this unique event. Complete your 35kms over the month of October in any way possible … from burpees to bowling the choice is completely yours. Share your progress with friends and family, and use your story to help raise funds for a Broadmead Care Home of your choice! Of course … your efforts will be rewarded with awesome prizes and feel-good moments for being a part of something this special.
A special thank you to the Royal Victoria Marathon! Broadmead Care Foundation is so grateful to be a part of the CHEK Charity Pledge Program year after year and to partner with this historic event.
About Us
Broadmead Care’s Kms4Care Challenge began in 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic began. Our goal was to bring our community together virtually, with a fitness challenge to increase happiness and well-being in an uncertain time. Thanks to our community $68,000 has been raised through this event. We hope to incorporate more ways of coming together in person to help raise funds for the people we are privileged to care for.
