Help support the people living at Nigel House
With your support, funds raised through this event will provide vital funding for private companion services for the residents of Nigel House. Nigel residents are younger adults with complex medical conditions and disabilities. One of the challenges facing this population is that many require a companion to accompany them to appointments with medical specialists such as neurologists, psychiatrists, nephrologists, or dentists. Although volunteers and staff assist as much as possible, the volume of companion services needed outweighs our ability to help. Private companion services cost about $38 per hour; many residents require between 2 and 16 hours per month. Your support will help us ensure the people who live at Nigel House receive the care they deserve when they need it.
