Lights, cameras, and action for seniors! 🎥
The provincial government is adding a new virtual care program for seniors who need daily care but want to remain in their own homes rather than a long term care home. We were thrilled to welcome special guests, including Minister Adrian Dix, to Veterans Memorial Lodge on July 31, 2024, to announce the Long term Care at Home program.
Broadmead Care has been piloting the ‘Healthy Home Initiative’ for more than a year, with 15 seniors enrolled from the Victoria area, and we’re projecting to increase this to 75 by fall of this year.
We are so excited to be involved and can’t wait to start making a positive impact for people who want to age in place, at home.
