Victoria, who lives at Beckley Farm Lodge, has a condition that causes involuntary movements of her arms and legs. She uses a special Carefoam chair that makes a remarkable difference to her comfort. The first time she sat in the chair, we saw her visibly relax for the first time in weeks. Because of this chair, Victoria enjoys secure, restful moments, leading to an enhanced sense of wellbeing and dignity, along with many more smiles!
Right now, Beckley Farm Lodge has a single Carefoam chair. It’s in high demand and often requires repairs. Thanks to donors like you, $9,870 has been raised toward our goal of $14,286 to provide two more Carefoam chairs at Beckley Farm Lodge. As Victoria knows, these chairs play a crucial role to enhance people’s safety and dignity.
