   (the completed form and your most recent Notice of Tax Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency)

   with your most recent Notice of Assessment to:

Nigel Living includes Senior Living, and Subsidized Senior Living.
It is important that applicants meet eligibility criteria, including financial information, in order to make an application for tenancy. Visit www.nigelliving.com to learn more.

Eligibility Criteria

• You must be 55 years of age or older, or a veteran. Veterans must provide their Veterans Service Card or their K number provided by Veterans Affairs Canada.
• You must be independent, defined as: managing your own personal care and mobility; directing your own affairs; and, making informed decisions about life choices. In the event of an emergency, you must be able to exit the building on your own.
• Nigel Living suites are suitable for one or two people only.
• You must provide proof of income that meets affordability criteria of BC Housing or CMHC.
• Pets will be approved in accordance with Nigel Living’s pet policy. The number of pets permitted in the building is limited.
• Nigel Living’s buildings are smoke free. Smoking is permitted in outside designated areas only.

Senior Living and Subsidized Senior Living
With continental breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and same-floor laundry (at no cost, detergent provided), Nigel Living’s brand new building offers a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable, well appointed unfurnished one-bedroom or studio suites. Each suite features a small kitchen with sink and fridge. Ideally located near shopping, transit, and walking paths. Subsidized Senior Living suites are available for tenants who qualify.
