Annual tree pruning will start on Monday, February 27, 2023, at 9:30 am. It will take approximately four hours in total to complete this work.
The areas involve the perimeters on Chatterton Way and Royal Oak Drive. These areas include the driveway leading to upper parking lot (near the front door), spots next to the flagpole, and the lower parking lot (staff parking) by the driveways from Chatterton. Some parking spots may need to be temporarily cordoned off as a precautionary measure (see highlighted areas on the maps). Parking is available along Royal Oak Drive, if none is accessible in the main lot.
Once the building perimeter is complete, trimming will continue in the courtyards, beginning with A3 and B3 North on March 1. Work will progress through all the courtyards in turn. Each courtyard will be temporarily closed while work is being done, as a safety and security precaution. Please refer to the maps; areas with the same colour will be completed at the same time.
