About Affordable Housing
Affordable Housing suites at Nigel Living are completely private, with studio and one-bedroom layouts available. These suites are open to seniors aged 55+ and veterans of any age.
A small dog or cat is allowed, with prior approval.
All suites include a full kitchen including dishwasher, and fully accessible bathroom. There is some storage in each suite.
Rent starts at $999.35 for a studio suite, and includes:
- Hot and cold water
- Security
- Same-floor laundry room
- Outdoor patio
