Many of us love a good car ride. And so do the people who live and work at Veterans Memorial Lodge. Loading on the bus to head out for a ride. No particular destination in mind. A toe-tapping playlist. Residents enjoying being on the move. Of being part of the community. What a feeling!
But here’s the problem, and here’s where you come in. The bus we use at Veterans Memorial Lodge is very old, and unreliable. We can’t count on it to get us from place to place without incident.
So we’re on a mission to raise $300,000 for a new bus to support the residents who live at Veterans Memorial Lodge and Nigel House, and you can help.
