Our overarching goal: “Aspiring to Excellence in Care” is the basis of our mission, vision and strategic plan. Every part of our organization, including support services staff, care staff, volunteers, management and Board of Directors plays an essential part in achieving this goal.

We are a Community of Care that provides quality living in a respectful, loving and enjoyable environment, to Veterans and members of the community who require our services.

Vision
Broadmead Care Society will strive to be a leader in:

• Clinical services; programs that focus on dementia care, chronic pain management and community programs for Veterans
• Knowledge-based care and evidence-based decision making
• Quality and risk management
• Staff education and development
• Community partnerships

2. We are committed to a sustainable growth strategy that increases organizational capacity, and financial strength and expands health care services to better serve Veterans, the frail elderly and special needs populations.
