Admissions

To qualify for admission to The Lodge at Broadmead, people must meet citizenship and provincial residency requirements, as well as the criteria the Vancouver Island Health Authority has established for admission. Health Authority staff will conduct a thorough, standardized assessment of a person’s need and urgency for residential care to determine whether they are eligible.

We do not accept applications for admission directly. All applications are handled through the Vancouver Island Health Authority.

Tours of The Lodge at Broadmead

It is not possible to provide personal tours of  The Lodge due to the volume of requests that we receive, as we respect the living space as the "home" of our current residents.
