Admissions

To qualify for admission to The Lodge at Broadmead, people must meet citizenship and provincial residency requirements, as well as the criteria the Vancouver Island Health Authority has established for admission. Health Authority staff will conduct a thorough, standardized assessment of a person’s need and urgency for residential care to determine whether they are eligible.

We do not accept applications for admission directly.  All applications are handled through the Vancouver Island Health Authority.

Tours of The Lodge at Broadmead

If you would like to tour The Lodge at Broadmead, please call (250) 658-0311 to make an appointment.  We prefer to give tours only after eligibility for residential care has been confirmed through the Vancouver Island Health Authority.
