About the Foundation

The Broadmead Care Foundation is a registered charity, governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. We are dedicated exclusively to accepting and raising funds to support the priorities of Broadmead Care Society.

While the Broadmead Care Society receives some funding from Vancouver Island Health Authority, it covers only a fraction of the cost of providing the enriched life we aspire to provide for the Veterans and seniors we serve.

Each year we spearhead a number of initiatives that raise funds to support resident care and services. In addition to accepting gifts from individual and corporate donors, we seek funding through grants and actively engage in community partnerships.
